The End of Suffering,
Comes with Balance of Body and Mind.
Ask and you shall receive.
It is said that the man known as the Buddha was just that , a man.
What made him special, is the way he thought.
It is said that The Buddha had only one goal or want during his life. His only want was to find a balance in life so that there would be an end to suffering. As the story of Buddha is told, the overall message in the teachings is guided towards finding a balance in body and mind and with this balance comes the end of suffering. The end to all suffering is in finding a balance in all that we are.
"The way in which a man thinks is more important than what a man thinks."
"Because the way will take care of the what."
Imagine that you took great care in selecting your thoughts, as you would take great care with selecting the water that you drink.
It is said that the mind is like the empty glass and the lessons we choose to learn in life is like the water we pour into the glass.
As we grow and learn the glass begins to fill.
If inferior water is chosen, the water in the glass can become cloudy and difficult to enjoy.
Therefore, it is very important that we be mindful of what we put in our glass and every so often, we must rinse out our glass with fresh clean water. To do this we must often add new clean water to flush out the old,
doing this as many time as it takes, so that the water in our glass is
clean and clear.
Think about your Thoughts.
Flush out your mind with the good and the clean and rinse out the old and unneeded.
